Our recovery-focused approach helps us to understand your needs. We offer a single point of entry where you can chat to someone and be referred to the most appropriate services that meet your needs.

Whether you’re trying to improve your sense of wellbeing, looking for help with something that’s bothering you, or helping someone you care about, Townsville Head to Health is here for you.

We also offer support for carers and families of people experiencing distress.

LGBTQIA+ Weekly get togethers (18 & over)

Head to Health Townsville is proud to be hosting weekly community get togethers for the LGBTQIA+ community on Mondays, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. (resuming from 30 October 2023).

This is a space to share, support, and connect with fellow identifying people, and is hosted by our LGBTQIA+ identifying wellbeing coach.

Townsville Head to Health is a free service. You can call us or drop in, between 10am–8:30pm Monday to Friday and 12pm (noon)–8:30pm on weekends and public holidays.
